My role is to identify and pursue business development opportunities such as Influencers/Business-to-Business (B2B). In the recent collaboration with Kolektif National Gallery Singapore, I handled administrative work such as emailing, planning schedules, e-invoicing, and organizing the operational tasks of the operation team. In December, I met with the Kolektif team in person for a trial run for their upcoming exhibition - ‘Light to Night Festival’ in Jan 2021. Aside from that, I am also under the Operations team in contributing to the packaging ideation of the giveaways, Kickstarter production, and research development. This B2B and operations experience gave me an insight into how to deal with clients professionally by using business communications and critical thinking skills. Ultimately, learning to be flexible and firm to sound convincing and reliable.
